Life can be challenging and stressors such as anxious thoughts, trauma responses, and a negative environment can make it harder to manage. By not managing these stressors effectively, it can lead to various concerns such as challenges in relationships, strong negative emotions, and feeling disconnected. As a mental health clinician, I’ve worked with many individuals, children, and families struggling with negative patterns, varying levels of trauma, grief, and conflict. My passion is helping individuals to better understand their self and better manage stress and anxiety.
I am experienced with utilizing Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy treatments. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a type of treatment that can help with learning how to better connect and manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
