I've been working as a therapist for over a decade, helping people through trauma, depression, anxiety, and other issues. I'm trained in trauma processing modalities including EMDR, and in the past ran a couple residential & outpatient substance & mental health facilities. I also draw on personal and professional experience and training to help with ADHD.
