My approach is eclectic, with a combination of client centered and cognitive-behavioral philosophy. I strongly believe that the most important predictor of potential success in therapy is the initial connection and development of a client-therapist relationship.
Customizing therapy methods and techniques to the needs of each individual I use a combination of (CBT) Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfullness, EMDR, and stress/anger mangement strategies to help motivate change.
