I entered the mental health field after observing the lack of importance for mental health in minority communities, specifically immigrants. I believe using an integrated approach of person centered and cognitive behavioral therapy can help personalize therapy towards everyone.
With the mindset that therapy should be a part of everyone’s life, I aim to help my clients build skills that they can use throughout the rest of their life. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults. My passion and drive to help others allow me to create meaningful communication between me and my clients.
