My expertise in processing trauma, as well as the coping skills I can teach you, will benefit your life in a positive way, if you choose to implement them. We are all who we are for a reason. So many factors play a part in why we have developed the coping skills we have over our lifetime. Some of the coping has probably caused some negative outcomes or maybe even some self sabotage? We can dive into all of the "whys".
