Hello! I work with individuals (13+) exclusively through telehealth; on many topics including; anxiety, depression, the stress of life, PTSD and trauma, ADHD, relationship concerns, body image, self-esteem struggles, and many other concerns. I am an EMDR-informed therapist, and provide EMDR through telehealth. My goal when meeting with you is to meet you where you are while offering you unconditional positive regard, support, and a non-judgmental space where we can explore any of the stresses, problems, trauma, or any other issues that you are be experiencing, while also working together to build up and celebrate you.
I am an eclectic therapist, incorporating techniques from many different therapies as needed. I believe that the relationship between you and I is the most important piece of therapy, and I work hard to earn your trust while supporting you. I utilize techniques from trauma informed-CBT, DBT, mindfulness, humanistic therapies, and more.
My goal is to work together with you, to help you work through traumas, life stressors, and more, with the goal of helping to empower you to build your own strength, resiliency, and joy.
