Focusing on Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, I offer comprehensive support to help clients manage their symptoms and reclaim their lives. Through structured exposure exercises, clients gradually confront their fears in a controlled manner, learning to tolerate uncertainty and resist the urge to engage in compulsive behaviors.
