I work with couples and individuals who feel overwhelmed and unsure of their relationships. My clients often struggle with sexual and emotional intimacy. If you've endured relational trauma, it may be difficult to feel safe and trust in others. I understand how difficult this can be. I use a genuine, unbiased approach to ensure my clients feel comfortable fully expressing themselves. I can assist with sexual and complex trauma, exploring attachment styles, creating healthy boundaries, managing anxiety, and more. Together, we'll discover how harmonious relationships and personal healing are within reach.
We'll use mindfulness skills to ground your nervous system and better handle daily stress. Working through an attachment lens helps my clients better understand their relationship patterns. For clients with a trauma history, EMDR is useful to both the mind and body in reprocessing difficult memories and providing present-day relief in record time.
