I am a Licensed Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience and a passion for mental health counseling. I provide talk therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups who are experiencing a wide range of symptoms, struggles, and disorders. I specialize in depression, stress management, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, and autism. As a queer-affirmative therapist and member of the LGBT community, I embrace diversity and am dedicated to providing quality, affirming care and a safe space for clients of all backgrounds, ethnicities, and identities.
I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University. I use a holistic approach to help identify a client’s skills, barriers, and goals to guide them toward long-term, positive progress and improved overall well-being. I incorporate various approaches, including biofeedback, EMDR, cognitive reprocessing, and art therapy.
