I specialize in anxiety, depression, women’s issues, faith transitions, LGBTQIA+ experiences, eating disorders, self-harm, and a variety of mental health difficulties.
In my office we will utilize; Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parts Work, Inner Child Work, and a Compassionate/Strengths-Based approach. Compassion is key to healing, let's build that space together.
I believe in an intuitive approach; learning to come back to your true self in a world that teaches you to be anything but.
