I work with children, adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, as well as other mental health stressors. I provide person centered care to meet the needs of clients served. Fostering open communication, attentive listening, unconditional positive regard and respect are the core values in building a strong therapeutic relationship and I strive to uphold these values.
I have received extensive training to assist my clients in reaching their fullest potential. I utilize various therapeutic approaches to assist my clients, which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Grief Counseling, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, & Trauma Informed Care.
My focus is to create a warm and welcoming environment for my clients to feel comfortable. At this time, I am only providing tele-health services. Looking forward to our therapeutic relationship and helping you attain the goals you set for yourself.
