I create an atmosphere where the client understands that it is ok to not be ok but I also push the client to independently develop their own mental resilience and identify what they need to push forward through their struggles.
I'm passionate about working with children, youth, women, and families. My down-to-earth personality makes me relatable. I'm flexible, individualized, and open-minded. I tend to take an eclectic approach and use strategies from multiple modalities of therapy to ensure that my clients receive individualized treatment tailored specifically to their needs.
