I see this process as a journey we take together that involves exploration of important emotions, thoughts, experiences & behaviors, so that you can fulfill your goals on your own terms.
My background is in clinical & health psychology. I have worked in inpatient & outpatient psychiatric & medical settings. I have experience in helping clients with medical conditions, stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, & trauma/abuse, as well as depression & serious mental illness. I am PSYPACT credentialed so can see clients online in many states.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
