Life's journey presents unique challenges that require careful navigation through diverse experiences. With over 20 years of professional experience, I have had the privilege of working with a wide array of individuals across various settings, each facing their own distinct challenges. These experiences led me to earn my Master of Social Work (MSW) and become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). For the past four years, I have specialized in individual therapy, leveraging my skills to make a meaningful impact. As an LCSW, it has taught me the importance of focusing on individuals as a whole connecting mind, body, and spirit.
I take a trauma informed approach to care as I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Advanced and Enhanced Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), it helps me bring a dynamic and compassionate approach to mental health care. With these certifications, I have a unique approach in helping individuals process and heal.
I have dedicated service in a rural clinic setting, playing a role in working with those who have a wide range of mental health and substance abuse challenges. I have worked with a variety of clients on various issues drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities. Providing trauma informed care has become my passion as I offer holistic and personalized care.
