The core of my counseling approach is to provide an environment that is comfortable, judgment free, and prioritizes your mental health. I don’t believe in trying to “fix”, rather support client’s journey alongside them. My office is a place where we can grow together & explore the ups and downs life has to offer. There is no “one size fits all” in counseling so getting to know you; your interest, your learning style, your strengths, helps me pull from therapeutic theories and techniques to best fit you!
I have experience working with grief/loss, anxiety, body imagine issues, intrusive thoughts, women’s issues, PTSD / trauma, relationship issues, and processing childhood trauma later in life. I also have background in working with children ages 7-17 dealing with any of the listed situations, as well as the situations that arise with those stages of life.
