Support and empowerment are the foundation of my work with clients. I center my approach in grounding clients in their strengths and guiding them in building skills to achieve more fulfilling relationships, navigate transitions, and overcome obstacles so they can move forward with more clarity and confidence. Whether you are seeking support in your healing process or on a personal growth journey, we'll work together towards your goals for improved wellbeing - emotional, physical and overall life satisfaction.
My strengths are in working with young adults, college/graduate students and adults throughout the lifespan who are experiencing life transitions, relationship issues, depression, anxiety or low self-esteem.
I understand that it can feel vulnerable to open up and share the hard stuff. Clients commonly tell me that they feel comfortable with me and that I’m a person in their life that they can count on to really listen. We all have times in our lives when we need a little extra help. I offer a supportive space for you to talk about what's real for you.
