My goal is to help clients find the means to take back their lives. I work with clients on finding ways to use their strengths to overcome what can feel like impossible situations. I am here to listen to clients and provide support in meeting their goals. I work with them to create balance in all spheres of their life, while empowering them to take back control and create the life they want to live.
I have been providing therapy since 2015 and have worked with clients of all ages in a multitude of domains including offices, hospitals, crisis stabilization units and alternative schools. Through working with different populations, I have learned ways to individualize treatment to meet each client's needs.
