I designs therapeutic treatment based on the individual persons needs, some modalities include CBT, DBT, Person Centered, Solution Focused, and EMDR.
I have over 15 years experience working in many therapeutic environments and have been in private practice for 5 years, I absolutely love what I do! I work with adolescents through adulthood and offer specialties such as trauma, trans-youth, anxiety and depression.
