Individuals see me for a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, chronic illness, and life transitions.
I have an integrative approach to counseling and utilize evidence-based therapies to help clients move towards emotional healing. I primarily use EMDR, parts work, ACT, grief theories, and mindfulness, depending on my client’s unique needs. I am under the supervision of Chad Kays, LPCC-S, E.1700464-SUPV.
