Accepting New Clients! I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to develop a greater awareness of their thoughts and responses to the world. I work from a strengths perspective and I assist clients to build skills for lasting change and self understanding. I use traditional therapies, EMDR, art and experiential methods.

I have over 20 years of social work experience and specialize in helping others with depression, anxiety, grief, bereavement, eating disorders and trauma. I worked in hospitials, psychiatric inpatient faclitities, private practice and and in hospice.
