My role is to help you recognize and utilize your internal strength and resources to live a more balanced and satisfying life.
With over 30 years experience with client issues related to aging and care taking, trauma, addiction, anxiety, grief, depression, life transitions, relationships, finding meaning in life and more, I utilize psychodynamic and trauma focused approaches, mindfully- based stress reduction and creative expression to help resolve long standing issues.
