I specialize in the areas of PTSD, C-PTSD, survivors of abuse and neglect, narcissistic abuse recovery, and dissociative disorders. Modalities I commonly implement are: EMDR, TF-CBT, ego state therapy, Internal Family Systems, neurodivergent affirming DBT, and more.
