I am a Wounded Healer, meaning I have survived Developmental Trauma myself and understand how it feels to carry that trauma in the body, to feel unsafe every moment, unable to sleep, unable to engage socially, unable to be. My implicit understanding allows me to graciously guide others down their own healing path to find their true selves and happiness.
