Psychotherapy is a conjoint effort between therapist and client to bring issues and behaviors up to the surface, to clarify, where and how everything from depression to anxiety plays a part in your life. First then will symptoms like self-injury, substance abuse, anger and pain subside so you can become more in control over your life and feel harmony.
I am extensively trained as a psychodynamic therapist which means that I would like to go to the root of the problem so your past won't continue to hold you back from growing into the person you would love to be in this world. As a compliment, I also teach cognitive skills, mindfulness and a holistic approach so you can feel whole and well-rounded.
I was born and raised in Sweden which I believe gives me an edge of cutting through the cultural habits and behaviors which might be blinding to others. I am also very easy to talk to in a non judging and understanding way. Hopefully you will have a pleasurable and safe experience when you visit.
