I would like to be able to help you define your story and learn to love yourself to your fullest capability so that you can also learn how to allow others to love you. To find your center and allow yourself to fill your cup with your own greatness and allow others to benefit from what overflows from the cup. To learn how to express your needs / wants without fear or intimidation and to learn how to fulfill those needs/wants without worrying about the other people in your life.
I utilized cognitive behavioral therapy to help individuals realize the power of their own thoughts and to develop the skills to challenge any negative self-perceptions; dialectical behavioral therapy to assist individuals in letting go of judgment and embracing acceptance; and EMDR to enable the healing from emotional distress.
I will meet you where you are emotionally and cognitively, and work with you to challenge faulty thinking so that you may experience emotional freedom. To help you learn effective boundaries while learning how to connect with others and find belonging rather than just "fitting in." Allow me to be part of your journey.
