You are the expert on your life - my job is to come along side you, hold space, offer new perspectives, provide tools, and cheerlead.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialization in trauma. I utilize an eclectic approach that provides both practical skills and the room to explore why you might need those skills in the first place. I offer weeknight and Saturday telehealth appointments.
