We are a group of therapists and wellness practitioners. Collectively, we are passionate about providing trauma informed care to all people and specialize in working with queer and gender-diverse folks. Whether you are seeking to explore your gender identity, heal from past traumas, improve your overall mental health and wellbeing, or simply seeking support and guidance, our wellness practice can help you achieve your goals and live a more fulfilling life. You can expect each therapist to be warm, welcoming, laid-back, and compassionate.

As therapists, we are each relational and attachment-based. Our approach is a holistic one and includes services for mind, body and soul wellness. Services include traditional talk therapy utilizing emotion-focused, trauma-focused, and somatic-based modalities, as well as other modalities and wellness services.

We believe in the power of healing within community and work towards providing a brave and affirming space for our clients to explore current challenges. Each therapist operates from the core belief that clients are the experts of their own experience. We currently have both weekend & evening availability, and we can't wait to hear from you!

Engage in open discussions, share coping strategies, and build connections in a judgment-free environment. Our primary goal is to cultivate a sense of community and understanding, particularly in a space that is affirming for queer and trans individuals. Together, let's navigate the journey of recovery, celebrate victories, and provide mutual support on the path to sustainable recovery. Please note that this is a queer and trans affirming space.

Trans Teen Peer Support Group

Grounded Wellbeing is excited to offer another round of our trans teen peer support group, facilitated by Eli Rice (he/they). The group offers a space for trans teens, ages 15 - 18, to seek support with topics including: building community, coping in high school, and discussing the many aspects of transition. Group will include processing time and social time. Phone screening required ($15).
