Evening and Saturday availability-Searching for a therapist can be frustrating and exhausting especially during a time of need. That is why our clinic is focused on you and your needs from the beginning. We start with a brief assessment getting to know your strengths, needs and goals. We then develop a treatment plan with you addressing what you want to address. We use proven, modern techniques that work for our clients. We focus on individual weekly therapy for children, students, adults, professionals and clients that are tired of trying the same thing only to end up in the same negative place.
Our job is to be your sounding board without judgment and process negative thoughts or behaviors. We will apply strategies to use to help shift how people treat you and ultimately how you treat yourself. We will being with what is concerning you today and grow from your existing victories.
