What seeds have you planted in your life? How do you want to move through the world? Counseling helps you explore where you are and where you want to go in life. I work with adults, groups, and families on issues of adjustment, trauma recovery, and emotional, relational, and communication skills. I believe deeply in both providing a safe container for reflection and processing as well as sharing and teaching skills that allow clients to better help themselves.
Client-centered counseling is my strength, so your needs and goals provide the basis for every session. I have additional training in experiential and somatic counseling. I use a garden setting and nature-based activities to facilitate the counseling process. My passion is helping people come home to themselves by learning how to cultivate safety and agency.
I am committed to providing multiculturally-supportive and socially-just services to all clients, and I am also committed to deepening all people's connections to mother Earth. Therapy with me will involve movement, activities, and getting your hands dirty (literally).
