Life can shift in ways you never expected, leaving you feeling lost, disconnected, and unsure of how to move forward. Grief doesn’t always look the way people think—it can come from losing a loved one, dealing with illness or infertility, or even walking away from family due to unresolved trauma. These life transitions can shake your sense of self, safety, and belonging. When everything feels upended and you’re not sure where to turn, it’s normal to struggle. Therapy is a space where we can honor your grief and help you rebuild a sense of stability and purpose.
I specialize in supporting individuals facing profound loss, family estrangement, and life transitions. Together, we’ll navigate the pain of grief, whether it stems from death, illness, infertility, or difficult family dynamics. My goal is to help you process these emotions, tend to your wounds, and find a way to move forward that feels true to who you are.
If you feel lost, unseen, or like no one understands the depth of your pain, I want you to know: I see you. Your grief matters, and together we’ll create a space where your loss is not only recognized but honored. Healing isn’t about making grief disappear, but learning how to live alongside it—honoring the pain while making room for hope and possibility

Groups
Partner Loss Group
The Partner Loss Peer Support Group is a 6-week, closed group designed to provide a safe and trusting space for individuals grieving the loss of a spouse or long-time partner. Guided by a licensed therapist, group members will share experiences and offer support and inner wisdom to one another. We welcome those who have experienced partner loss through death, illness, dementia, or other profound separations. Because this is a closed group, no new members will join once the group begins, allowing for deeper connection and trust as we navigate the healing process together.
