Over the years, I have developed a strong interest in working with individuals navigating life transitions whether that is college, graduate school, becoming a parent, significant relationship changes, grief and loss, or career related shifts. Oftentimes we can feel overwhelmed, disengaged, anxious, and uncertain about what is yet to come amidst all this change. Mindfulness and the power of relationship are core elements of my work while also using narrative, existential, and ACT interventions.
