I have extensive experience working with teens, families and couples. No one approach fits every person or situation due to the wide range of complexities individuals face. I combine approaches rooted in psychodynamic, mindfulness orientation and cognitive behavioral theories.
I have worked in the mental health field for 29 plus years in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools and private practice. I work with adults suffering from depression, anxiety and those struggling with relational/communication issues. My objective is to help you recognize patterns and triggers with increased insight.
