When working with individuals, I tend to take a holistic approach. I enjoy helping others work towards overall wellness and finding balance in each area of their life. I help clients identify negative thought patterns that might be contributing to anxiety or depressive symptoms. I enjoy working with clients with borderline personality disorder as well.
