Greta Wendorf is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 3 years of experience in counseling. She has a passion for helping adults and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, anger management, and domestic violence. She has plenty of experience counseling Christian clients while integrating her counseling skills and biblical teachings. Greta holds a Master's in Professional Counseling (MA) from Liberty University, one of the top universities in the country in the field of counseling.
Her experience of having received therapy herself helps her understand the emotions that accompany the process of starting therapy, the needs of clients, and the common experiences in the whole process of therapy. Greta uses several approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused CBT, cognitive processing therapy, and person-centered therapy.
