My style in therapy is active. Learning skills to navigate the challenges life brings our way is a massive relief. Setting specific goals related to concerns heard and steadily aligning with the patient is the priority at the beginning. In the middle of treatment, continued focus on solutions for goals and measuring what is working becomes a focus. Seeing people meet their goals and grow toward a realistic outcome in therapy and life is an incredible experience.
