My goal is to provide a supportive environment and to establish a working relationship with individuals and families seeking strategies to improve their overall sense of well-being and daily functioning. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families struggling with mental health and relationship issues. I have advanced training in evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, IFS and Gottman Method relationship counseling.
