All relationships begin with you, because you are half of any relationship. So start with yourself! Don't count on a relationship to "cure" a poor self-image or low self-worth. It won't work. This group will explore measures that will help you feel more than adequate to create the level of "into me see" that you long for and want to believe can happen.

It is a therapy group, not a support group, and the members do their work at a deep and authentic level. The topics covered are whatever the members bring in, including relationships, being a single dad, being a man, responsibility, anger, shame, fear, depression, emotional intelligence, vulnerability, disabilities, mortality, money, sex, being abused as children, spirituality, and whatever else they are willing to bring up.
