I have experience working with anxiety, depression, addiction, and a range of other mental health challenges. I also help people with big transitions through their growth and development such as education and career planning, family planning, and retirement.
I have worked in the field for over over 10 years, and understand how everyday life can lead to major emotional challenges, and how with a little bit of guidance, people can make powerful changes to how they act, think, and ultimately feel.
