Within that time I have supported youth and adults in settings ranging from outpatient/private therapy, intensive outpatient (IOP), inpatient detox/rehabilitation, assisted living, and residential.
Through my lived experience I have come to understand that wellness is achieved with a full mind/body approach. I believe in utilizing an approach that is compatible with your needs and personality. I tend to probe for thinking errors and explore family dynamics while remaining compassionate.
