I specialize in working with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, relational conflict, identity concerns, loneliness, and issues with faith and spirituality. I have a passion for working with people struggling with shame and self-criticism and find joy in helping people better their relationship with themselves and others.
My approach to therapy is a relational one. I believe that gaining insight with a compassionate person can be very helpful and even transformational. I have a background in Emotion-focused, Psychodynamic therapy. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with issues of faith and spirituality.
