I do talk therapy, and mental health/substance abuse, and ESA (Emotional Support Animal) assessments. In addition, I am an Approved Texas LPC-Associate / Intern Supervisor; willing to help someone on the road to licensing. I am especially concerned with Men's Issues and Men's Mental Health. Many men are underserved/disserved when they seek help or voice their concerns.

“Adulting” is the term that describe a group of tasks related to functioning as an adult, and all the demands that come with it- such as paying bills, applying for jobs, managing money, etc. mental health conditions can slow down the developmental process and make the natural fear of adulting worse.
