There are times in life we all need help and understanding. I am here to guide you to find the answers you seek within yourself and your relationships. My focus is relational and attachment based, client centered, and solution-focused. I work with individuals, couple and families – pre-teens to adults who are seeking development in their internal life as well as in relationships, specializing in helping to improve emotional connection, communication and conflict resolution between couples and among family members.
My passion is to help you to learn and experience mindfulness, stress reduction, and mindsight techniques, with a focus on self-awareness and a mind, body, brain, spirit balance.
I also specialize in substance use issues and recovery, as well as other behavioral addictions, offering a caring, non-judgmental approach for adolescents and adults. I am a Chemical Dependency Professional and in recovery myself. I personally know how these issues can affect a family - with the right tools and skills recovery is a reality.
