I have experience working with clients who have a wide range of mental health issues, relationship difficulties, difficulty coping with change, and daily stressors. I am confident that together, we can accomplish the change you seek. Counseling/psychotherapy is a collaborative process between the client and therapist. We each have a vital part in this process.
I see each client as an individual and I understand different approaches are required depending on your beliefs, attitude and skills. While I typically view the world through a cognitive behavioral approach, we will use the best approach to help you reach your goals in a comfortable, safe, nonjudgmental environment.
