Together, we will explore your thoughts, work through your feelings, and look at your relationships with others. As you try to put words to what's on your mind, the energy you spend on your worries will become yours to do with as you please. Talk therapy is designed to give you peace of mind, so that you can become more resolved and effectual. My goal is to help you gain deeper enjoyment out of your day-to-day living. I am an analytic candidate with the Psychoanalytic Center of the Carolinas, and generally meet with people at least once a week. Continuity promotes exploratory processes and acts as an inherently supportive element in the treatment. After an initial period of working together, we can discuss what session frequency may be appropriate for you.
