I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and earned my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors and trying new food!
I utilize a blended approach of cognitive-behavioral, existential, and client-centered modalities to help clients discover the strength that lies within. I have experience working with the military community and specialize in adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, and low self-esteem.
