At Gray Matters, we help clients reach their mental health wellness goals using a variety of modalities. Meeting clients where they are, we offer single, short-term, long-term, and maintenance sessions through coaching, counseling, psychotherapy, consultation, and mediation. This is not a place to merely 'vent' about problems. Here, clients are active participants in identifying issues and taking the necessary steps to resolve those issues both during and in-between sessions.
