Grateful Guidance offers clinical and expert tools in an inclusive environment, helping you feel comfortable and inspired to make powerful strides towards creating a life you love. People often come to me with challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, pregnancy, postpartum, trauma, interpersonal conflict, etc.
Grateful guidance incorporates both gratitude and counseling, creating a fully-inclusive practice. While I currently offer counseling, I will be including group or individual yoga and meditation classes to supplement therapy. This wraparound approach will help our clients live their best life now and in the future.
