As a Clinical Social Worker, and working in the behavioral health field for 20 years it has provided an opportunity to offer you specific treatments, support, and education that will provide deep insight into your needs and meeting your goals for your mental health. We will work to empower you with strength and courage to walk through the darkness and into the light. Our relationship as clinician and client and the trust we develop will make a difference in your treatment. I look forward to supporting you and/or your family.
I provide treatments for anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, mood disorders, and behavior coping strategies. I provide treatments using evidence based therapeutic curriculum including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and a variety of other evidence based treatments.
I would be honored and grateful for your trust in supporting your needs and goals for developing healthy emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I have worked with a variety of populations and cultures, both ethnic and social. I have a background working with children, adolescents, families, military for active duty and discharged, as well as military families.
