My education and clinical experience have given me the honor of seeing firsthand the healing and growth possible during times of struggle and suffering. My clinical roles include serving as a crisis counselor on 988, the National Suicide Prevention Line, and as a clinician helping others gain their lives back in an acute psychiatric care facility.
With my clinical work experience and a master's degree in Clinical Social Work, I recognize that as every person is different, so is every treatment plan. I incorporate evidence-based treatment methods into my clinical practice including CBT & DBT, Trauma focused therapies, and Exposure and Response Prevention, among others.
I use these proven treatment methods to treat a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, obsessive thinking, relational issues, disordered eating, grief, and trauma, etc. I offer therapeutic services in both English and Spanish.
