I am a devoted to helping you find relief from anxiety, anger, depression, shame, or whatever it is that leaves you feeling stuck. I'm an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Clinical Consultant, Certified in IFS, trained in IFIO and EMDR (parts 1 & 2). I have a special interest in supporting those who feel stuck in their relationships; are impacted by anxiety & depression; struggle with compulsive behaviors; who have been hurt by religion/faith; and those looking to hone their IFS knowledge.
We'll collaborate as you work towards aligning your actions with your values, build trust within yourself, and find healing.
